It exists, but what makes it notable? I couldn't establish that it has the necessary coverage or significance. Has been in CAT:NN's backlog for 12 years; hopefully we can now resolve it one way or the other. I wasn't convinced that there was a suitable WP:ATD merge/redirect target.
